Common questions
How long does the engagement take?+
Three weeks for Brand Foundation. Six weeks for Brand System. Timelines are fixed at the start and we operate to them strictly. Revision rounds are scheduled in advance, not open-ended.
Can the price be reduced for a smaller scope?+
The Brand Foundation at AED 22,000 is our entry point. Below that, the engagement can't be delivered to the standard our clients expect — and we don't compromise on the standard. Pricing is fixed because it reflects the actual work and the level of seniority involved.
What's the difference between Brand Foundation and Brand System?+
Foundation gives you a strategic and visual identity — enough to operate a single-channel business with consistency and confidence. Brand System adds verbal identity, an extended visual system, homepage design, and two branded applications — enough to scale a multi-touchpoint business properly.
Can I add additional applications beyond what's included?+
Yes. Additional applications — packaging variants, supporting web pages, presentation templates, environmental graphics, full social systems — are scoped and priced separately as add-ons.
What happens if I'm not happy with the direction?+
Each tier includes structured revision rounds at defined stages — typically at strategy approval and at identity development. The engagement is designed so we surface direction misalignment early, not late.
Do you handle website build, or just design?+
The Brand System tier includes homepage design in Figma. The full website build sits in our Launch & Build capability and is scoped separately. Many clients commission both, in sequence.
Do you offer ongoing brand support after the project ends?+
Yes. Monthly design retainers, brand guardianship arrangements, and ad-hoc design support are all available. Most clients move into a retainer once the initial brand system is live.
Can I see more case studies before deciding?+
The published work on this site is what we can share publicly. A meaningful portion of our work sits under NDA — and stays there, because we respect the agreements we sign. On a discovery call, we can walk through our approach, methodology, and the kinds of outcomes we've delivered for similar engagements, without naming clients or breaching confidentiality.
