How long until we see results? +

Most retainers show meaningful directional signal within the first 30–45 days — early winning creatives, channel cost benchmarks, attribution patterns. Compounding results typically appear in months two and three as the testing and optimisation cycles produce data. We do not promise hockey-stick growth in week one. Anyone who does is selling you something.

Do you have a minimum spend requirement? +

Not really — our retainers are designed around senior strategic input and full-funnel execution, so what matters more than the floor is whether the math compounds. Most engagements we take on involve enough scope that we're confident we'll generate multiples of our fee back in a reasonable window. On a Discovery Call, we'll talk through your goals and tell you honestly whether we can deliver on that for you.

Will you manage our existing ad accounts or set up new ones? +

Both, depending on what's appropriate. Where existing accounts have history, learning data, and pixel maturity that should be preserved, we work within them. Where accounts are fragmented, mis-configured, or attribution is broken, we rebuild. The audit phase determines which.

Can you work alongside our internal marketing team? +

Yes — this is the most common arrangement. We integrate into your team's existing workflows, defer to your in-house knowledge of brand and customers, and own the performance discipline. Many engagements run with internal teams handling content, brand, and community while we own paid acquisition and attribution.

Do you produce the creative or do we? +

We produce the performance creative — ads, landing pages, conversion assets. Brand creative, photography, and editorial typically live with your in-house team or with a Brand & Design engagement. The line between brand creative and performance creative is something we define together during scoping.

Which channels do you specialise in? +

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), TikTok, and emerging platforms relevant to commerce and lead generation. Channel choice is decided by where your audience actually converts — not where the agency has commission relationships.

Why a 3-month minimum? +

Performance marketing compounds. Real signal, real optimisation, and meaningful CAC and ROAS improvement require enough time to test, learn, and iterate. Anything shorter than three months produces noise, not data. We will not sell you the false reassurance of a monthly contract that delivers six weeks of setup and four weeks of results.

Is media spend included in the retainer? +

No. The retainer covers our fees — strategy, execution, creative, attribution, optimisation, and reporting. Media spend is paid directly by you to the platforms, ensuring complete transparency on every dirham spent. You see the full cost. We see the full cost.
